  1. Package rates include Sage Mediation case management, mediator fees, and venue rental at the Alcove.
  2. The rates apply only where parties do not have a preferred mediator and agree for Sage Mediation to nominate and appoint a mediator.
  3. Should parties prefer an alternative venue, any additional rental charges will be transmitted to the parties.
  4. Light tea refreshments are included in the charges. Meals are not included.
  5. *Rates indicated here do not include GST, which will be charged as applicable.

  2. It is the parties’ own responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary equipment for an online mediation.
  3. The rates apply only where parties do not have a preferred mediator, and agree for Sage Mediation to nominate and appoint a mediator.
  4. There will be no refreshments or lunch provided.
  5. *Rates indicated here do not include GST, which will be charged as applicable.
